dbok Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Responsibilities, and Platform Rules

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the dbok Platform without the prior written consent of dbok. Scraping or automated extraction of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbok's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your dbok account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dbok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if dbok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dbok does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures beyond dbok's reasonable control, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

Termination by You: You may close your dbok account at any time by contacting the dbok support team at the email address listed in the footer. Upon receipt of a closure request, dbok will process any eligible pending withdrawal to the payment method on record and close the account. Accounts with active self-exclusion cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

Termination by dbok: dbok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
